How we're Different than others

Digital Serviced Hours


We provide the convenience of site-specific QR Code installation, enabling our security guards to efficiently sign in and out of your premises. This system not only enhances reliability but also minimizes excessive charges for our clients. Additionally, clients have full access to our cloud-based sign-in/sign-out log sheet for comprehensive monitoring of site activity.


Digital NFC tags (Patrol log)


Our security guards utilize site-specific NFC tags or QR codes during their patrols. These tags or codes are linked to our cloud-based sheets, recording the date, time, guard's name, and location for thorough monitoring. Clients have full access to this log sheet, enabling them to digitally track guard performance and patrol records.


Daily Staff Supervision


At Fortis Concierge, we have dedicated security guards for mobile patrols whose primary responsibility is to conduct thorough patrols of our sites during nighttime hours. Our mobile patrol officers supervise the staff, review their daily report sheets, assess their performance, and ensure adherence to uniform standards. In addition, they provide assistance during emergencies, maintaining the highest level of security and safety.
